# Carousel error for missing input breakpoint even if breakpoint exists

**Detailed steps to reproduce the bug**

1. Add new Carousel component to a Page
2. Remove all items under Responsiveness
3. See there is still an error for missing input: breakpoint
4. Add a Responsiveness item **with** a breakpoint
5. Still see there is an error for missing input: breakpoint

Hello @lburtness,

We believe the issue is now fixed, as we have reverted a recent update.

The update addressed a bug where nested required fields in custom components were not showing error messages.
