# How to call rest API in builder.io to display the data from it?

**What are you trying to accomplish**  
Hello,  
I have an API end point, I want to fetch the data in [builder.io](http://builder.io) to display that in my content in marquee style. I also tried using API data in found in data tab then i encountered an error in ‘CORS proxy URL’, how can i achieve this?
