# I want to use Intercom in my builder

I am using the free version and want to embed the intercom app into my builder.  
It seems working in the builder, but, when I publish it and run on the preview, the intercom does not show up.  
Would you be able to let me know what to do for embedding the intercom?

From where I need to embed the code for intercom. It is just a small javascript snippet.
