# Paid for pro subscription, received receipt, but asked to pay again

I recently signed up for a pro account.

The subscription has been paid for, and I’ve received a receipt for payment.

But, when I try to use [Builder.io](http://Builder.io), I get a message saying the payment is still in process, and I’m asked to pay again through stripe. Whereas initially I paid through the website.

Any help would be appreciated.
