# Shopify data is not being added to my page

Hi there,

I’m building a headless Shopify + [Builder.io](http://Builder.io) solution. I enabled the Shopify plugin, and now I’m trying to add the Shopify data to my page. The problem is that it’s been almost one hour and it hasn’t been added. I don’t have any errors, just the [Builder.io](http://Builder.io) logo showing something is loading. Is this normal? I only have 4 products, total media for each of them is around 1M. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @maia

We investigated the issue and it appears to be related to a possibly incorrect `x-shopify-storefront-access-token`.

The requests are failing with a [401 error](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Status/401), which is an HTTP status code for **“Unauthorized”**. This means the server rejected the request due to invalid credentials.

Please ensure you are using the correct `x-shopify-storefront-access-token` and Shopify domain when setting up the Shopify plugin in the Builder plugin section.
