Hi @fakejohnpope the shopify product model is auto-synced with shopify and don’t recommend extending with any field directly as it might be overwritten when an update from shopify comes, instead recommend creating another model Product Metafields more details here Headless Shopify Product Metafield support? - #4 by aziz
