Issues when generate the code in builder tool

We have been using Builder.io (Pro version of Builder.io) for a couple of weeks and am facing the following issues:

  1. I added certain rules in the instruction section. However, those instructions are being ignored. I have also provided instructions to follow a specific folder structure, but every time, the Builder tool generates a different format.

  2. The count is not displaying correctly. For example, it shows 61/200 code generations. What could be the issue?

  3. I am generating React.js code with dependencies. However, when I sync the code in Visual Studio Code, it throws a lot of errors. How can I avoid them?

Can someone address these issues ASAP?
Also, is there any channel for the customer to get quick support?
