Moving a sales page build in production environment to Staging

This is a non-tech question fro a non-tech person.
Our sales team were taught how to build sales pages in builder by our developer.
Normally this was done in production, however we noticed we also have a staging environment, which I believe we can test out dev updates to our stack.
Is there an easy way to copy and/or transfer an existing sales page from the production environment to the staging environment ?

Hey @tony18 welcome to Builder.io forum. If your live sync is enabled it provides real time synchronization between the main/production environment and the staging environment. Please go through our Intro to environments to understand the working of environments.
