You can use the form section in the “insert tab” to create an email submit area. You can customize the form and its inputs in the options tab after you’ve selected the element. You can change the input type, name, placeholder, etc.
If you select the form elements and navigate to the “options” tab, you can control where the submissions are sent (to your email or you can manually handle where form submissions are sent). A good option is connecting your form to Zapier and sending your forms through that (connecting to Mailchimp, google doc, etc).
