I understand that getting started with the Shopify Partner platform can be a bit confusing at first. To help you proceed with creating a Shopify Partner Developer Account and begin the integration with Builder.io, here are the steps:

  1. Sign up for a Shopify Partner Account

  2. Create a Development Store

    • Once logged in, navigate to your Partner Dashboard.

    • Select Stores from the sidebar.

    • Click Add store and choose Development store.

    • Fill in the store information and save.

  3. Get Store Credentials

    • In your development store, go to Apps > App and sales channel settings > Develop apps.

    • Enable app development and create a custom app.

    • Generate an Admin API access token and note down your API key and secret key.

  4. Connect with Builder.io

    • In Builder.io, head to your Plugins tab.

    • Select Shopify and enter the credentials (Storefront API key, domain, and version).

    • Once connected, you will be able to pull in products and collections to start building your cart, featured products, and product detail pages.
