A few data questions

I’d like to ask a few questions about data entered in builder.io:

  • Where is the data stored and in what country/ies? How is it secured?
  • Does builder.io store a copy of data pulled from external sources on it’s own servers?
  • It looks easy to download a single page, what if we need to download all data?

I’ve seen that we can easily pull and bind data from external APIs, but is there a way to push data back? Can we setup a workflow so that our existing content and 3P data sources are updated when staff use builder.io?

We don’t store or cache any external data you connect to render your content.

If you want to cache the data on your side or save a copy of all the Builder data then you can use our webhooks. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
