DNS issue and can't connect to project

Starting to get this error yesterday out of the blue:

We couldn’t reach your project server due to a DNS resolution issue. This is likely a problem with your DNS resolver. Switching your DNS resolver to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) will fix it.

Anyone know what can be done to fix this?

We are aware of this issue, where some users may be unable to access their preview and see an error similar to the one you described.

While we don’t have a permanent fix yet, a temporary workaround is to update your DNS settings to use an alternative resolver—such as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4). This should restore access to your preview.

I’d try flushing your local DNS cache after switching resolvers, then reload the project. Also check if your hosts file has any old entries pointing that domain somewhere else.
