My prompts are not generating images. It’s showing a placeholder image no matter what prompt I type in and if I specify to make a background image or not, although I presume this isn’t necessary. My OpenAI usage is showing credits being used for image generation. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, still experiencing the same issue. Being billed for image generation and content generation I think in Open AI billing summary so I think it’s set up correctly on that end.
