Looking for a refund, for a misclick on a subscription

Hi, I subscribed to a plan thinking it would get me multiple environments, but then had to unsubscribe because its only offered on the custom plan.

We’re a small startup currently and would really appreciate the refund - since the plan was active for 1 minute and nothing pro-rated.
