Regarding showing pics on hover of columns

I am trying to show Image on hover click but to my bad I could not show it on full column .Any suggestions on how to proceed with it

I am using blocks 1/3 1/3 1/3 it has some heading text and image in a column when hovering on the column I want to show image Please help
