Request for Help: App Disappeared and Unable to Access FullStory

Hi all,

I’ve lost my entire app that I’ve been working on for the past two weeks. Suddenly, all historical chats disappeared, so I can’t restore anything. I emailed the help desk, but I only received a link to app.fullstory, which I’m unable to log into because I don’t have the credentials.

Can someone please help me recover my app, or is it gone forever? I’m really stressed, as I’ve lost a lot of work and time, and it would be heartbreaking if it’s all wasted.

I would really appreciate any help.
