Credits disappeared upon subscription cancellation

I had over 600 credits from last month that disappeared when my subscription, that I cancelled, ended, and now I can’t contact support about it because that’s a subscriber-only feature. I’m not paying $30 just so I can open a ticket and get the credits I paid for back.

When a subscription is canceled, any remaining credits are reset as part of the plan termination. That said, we’d be happy to take a closer look and see if it’s possible to restore your unused credits.

To proceed, could you please raise a support request by emailing support@builder.io from the account associated with your subscription? Our team will review your case and get back to you directly.

For future reference, there’s also a quicker way to create a new ticket directly within the Builder application:

  1. While at the Space or Content level, look to the bottom-left menu.

  2. Click (?) Help.

  3. From the menu, select Contact Support.

  4. A pop-up window will appear where you can provide your details and submit a ticket.

Then click (?) Help which will take you to this menu:

Then click on Contact Support, and you will see the following pop-up window with the following details to provide:

Like I said, the support function is locked only to subscribers of which I was not when the subscription ended.

Clicking “Contact support” brings up the subscription modal.
