Hello. I was previously on the paid plan for the prior month and had some problems with that tier. I downgraded back to the free plan but now its telling me I have to upgrade to work on my project. I don’t need that paid plan and would like to finish my project using the unpaid tier.

When a subscription is canceled, any remaining credits are reset as part of the plan termination. That said, we’d be happy to take a closer look and see if it’s possible to restore your unused credits.

Go to the settings on the left side which shouldn’t be blocked off by the popup and then go to subscription and downgrade to the free plan. BTW it may change your subscription start date to the 30th of each month when you do that, and then count all the credits you’ve used on the previous plan from September 1st to now again.
