Dear Builder.io Support Team,
I recently purchased the Pro plan along with 2,500 credits using mrpresident170709@gmail.com , under the impression that it included features such as Custom Roles & Granular Permissions, Multiple Spaces, and SSO. After realizing these features are only available in the Custom/Enterprise plan, I reached out to request a refund.
Your support representative kindly confirmed that I would receive a full refund and instructed me to downgrade my account to the Free plan, which I promptly did. However, after notifying your team that I had completed the downgrade, I haven’t received any further response. It has now been over 10 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t heard back.
This delay in communication has been quite disappointing, especially after your initial confirmation of the refund. I would really appreciate it if you could please look into this matter urgently and process my refund at the earliest.
