I recently upgraded to the Pro plan on this account, thinking it would include features like multiple environments and role-based permissions. After setting things up, I realized that this functionality is only available in the Custom plan.
Since we haven’t been able to actually use the Pro plan due to this limitation, I wanted to check if it would be possible to get a refund for this subscription. We’re still a small team, so every bit of support really helps us as we figure out the right plan for our needs.
We’re genuinely excited about Builder.io and will definitely consider the Custom plan when we’re ready to expand further.

Kindly downgrade your subscription to the Free tier to avoid being charged again. You can reference our documentation for instructions on how to change your subscription.
