What are you trying to accomplish
The hero video autoplays for me on desktop & mobile (which is great). But on my colleague’s Mac, it won’t autoplay and shows a “Play” button. Is this something we can fix within Builder or is it on her end?

The video seems to be playing fine on my mac, tested on Chrome & Safari. Can you tell us which browser is being used?
On mac safari you have an option to turn off autoplay for all the videos, you can know more about them at Stop autoplay videos in Safari on Mac
