The “Up to 20 user seats” on the Pro plan doesn’t mean you automatically get 20 users included by default. It means your space can support up to 20 paid seats on that plan.
Here’s how it works:
Pro plan pricing is per seat
$24 per user/month when billed annually
$30 per user/month when billed monthly
By default, you currently have 1 seat, which is why only one user has access.
You can invite and add more users (up to 20 total) from your plan settings, and each additional user will add to your subscription cost based on the per-seat price.
So nothing is broken — you just need to add more seats/users to your workspace if you want multiple people to have access.
