Issue with Cross-Domain Conversion Tracking for eShopWorld Order

I am writing regarding an issue with tracking a cross-domain conversion for an order I placed via eShopWorld.

I have followed the steps outlined in your documentation for cross-domain conversion tracking (https://www.builder.io/c/docs/conversion-tracking#cross-domain-conversion-tracking). When the “Checkout” CTA is clicked, the user is correctly redirected to the eShopWorld checkout URL with the builder.overrideSessionId parameter appended.

Despite this, the order I placed approximately 24 hours ago has not been reflected in Builder Insights. The order was successfully completed on the eShopWorld site. For reference, orders placed on our primary domain (non-cross-domain) are being tracked and appear in Insights without issue.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this discrepancy? I am ready to provide any further technical details required for your analysis, such as the specific session ID or order details.

We have been able to reproduce the issue specifically with cross-domain conversions. We confirmed that conversion event amounts are not being recorded properly and, in some cases, are missed entirely.
