I’ve subscribed for a pro plan but my dashboard still shows that I’m on a free plan. I’m in the right space too. I have emailed the support team about this but there is no response yet. I’ve attached screenshots of my dashboard and my invoice too.
We’ve reviewed your space and can confirm that your account is correctly updated to the Pro plan. The earlier discrepancy may have been due to a short delay in payment processing.
