I've subscribed for a pro plan but my dashboard still shows that I'm on a free plan

I’ve subscribed for a pro plan but my dashboard still shows that I’m on a free plan. I’m in the right space too. I have emailed the support team about this but there is no response yet. I’ve attached screenshots of my dashboard and my invoice too.
