Paid for Pro but still seeing Free plan – Help?

Hi everyone,

I paid for the Pro subscription (actually three times by mistake), but my account still shows Free, and I can’t access Pro features or my Agent Credits.

Has anyone experienced this before? How did you get your Pro plan activated after payment?

Any advice would be really appreciated!
