It has now been 2 days since I reported my issue, and I still have not received any concrete action to either:

Recover my money (I was charged 3 times by mistake but only want 1 subscription).

Fix my Pro plan subscription (I still don’t see the 500 credits, only 150).
The only reply I received so far was that my topic is “reviewed” and that I should provide my public API key, which I already shared.
Please update me as soon as possible, because this is blocking my work and I need the Pro plan active with the correct credits.
