No Action on My Subscription & Refund Issue

Hello,

It has now been 2 days since I reported my issue, and I still have not received any concrete action to either:

  • Recover my money (I was charged 3 times by mistake but only want 1 subscription).

  • Fix my Pro plan subscription (I still don’t see the 500 credits, only 150).

The only reply I received so far was that my topic is “reviewed” and that I should provide my public API key, which I already shared.

Please update me as soon as possible, because this is blocking my work and I need the Pro plan active with the correct credits.

Hey, we’re experiencing the same issues with two Pro subscriptions for three months. Do you have any updates on refunds? We are also in contact with the support team.
