Looking for a refund

I hope you’re doing well,

I recently subscribed to your plan thinking it included multiple environments, but then realized that feature is only available on the custom plan. As a new startup, every bit of support and money makes a huge difference for us.

We’d be incredibly grateful if a refund could be processed, as we haven’t had the chance to make use of the plan yet.
