Looking for a refund for a misclick please

I recently subscribed to your plan using the email mrpresident170709@gmail.com, under the impression that it included multiple environments. I later realized that this feature is only available on the custom plan.

As a new startup, we’re working with limited resources, and every bit of support truly makes a difference for us. To try to access the multiple environment feature, I first purchased 1,000 credits, then another 1,000 and 500 credits. However, we haven’t had the chance to use the subscription or any of the credits yet.

I kindly request a full refund for both the subscription and the unused credits. Your understanding and support would mean a great deal to us. @sheema
