I have contacted support five times already, but unfortunately have not received any assistance.
I wanted to add 500 credits to my account and paid the Stripe invoice. However, I was asked to pay again. I paid the invoice a second time, but the credits still have not been added to my account.
Support has not responded, and I have been unable to use the service for two days now.
Could you please check the payments and help resolve this issue?
I received a refund for my last payment, but the previous one wasn’t credited under the pretext that I’d used up 1,000 credits.
