Paid invoice for additional AI credits — only base credits applied

I paid invoice WGLVELRO-0012 ($155.00 USD) on July 15, 2026, but only the 500 base Fusion Pro credits were applied. The 2,500 additional credits I paid for are missing.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug

  1. On Fusion Pro plan (500 base credits/month).
  2. Purchased 5 × Additional AI Credits on invoice WGLVELRO-0012 ($25 each = $125).
  3. Paid the invoice in full ($155.00 USD) — payment processed successfully.
  4. Account shows only 500 credits. Expected 3,000 (500 base + 2,500 additional). The 2,500 additional credits were never applied.

I already opened a support ticket about this 2 days ago, but so far there has been no response and the issue is still not resolved. Could a Builder team member please pick this up? Thanks!
