Paid Invoice but Credits Not Added to My Account

I have an urgent issue with my account credits.

  • Invoice number: ZPCWFXOD-0003

  • Date paid: August 16, 2025

  • Amount paid: $105 (Fusion Pro Tier Base Plan + 3x Additional AI Credits)

  • Receipt number: 2163-8634

  • Payment method: Visa - 7161

The payment was successful and I have the official receipt, but my account credits have not updated. My dashboard still shows 501/500 credits instead of reflecting the additional credits I purchased.

This is blocking my work because I’m already over-limit.

Hi @Rochim could you please share the API of the space where you see the issue with the credits? You can find and copy your Public API Key with the following steps:

  1. Within your Builder Space, press Cmd/Ctrl + k to open the Command Palette.

  2. Start to type the letters API into the search field to filter results.

  3. Click your API key to copy it to your clipboard.
