Top-up credits are billed but not applied

Yesterday, I topped up credits and the payment was processed - money left my account and I received a receipt - but the credits still haven’t been applied. After 24 hours, I’m still blocked by the “Monthly AI usage limit reached” message and can’t use the service. I’ve submitted two support requests with no response. I understand it’s the weekend, but this issue shouldn’t require manual intervention. We paid for a service we can’t access, and our deadline is approaching. Please resolve this immediately.

Hi, could you please share your public space API with us for us to investigate this further? You can find and copy your Public API Key with the following steps:

  1. Within your Builder Space, press Cmd/Ctrl + k to open the Command Palette.

  2. Start to type the letters API into the search field to filter results.

  3. Click your API key to copy it to your clipboard.
