Unable to access the subscription i purchased

I purchased the pro plan, my payment didn’t go through the first time, the second time it did. I was billed for a year. I don’t have access to the pro features and it shows me on a free plan. I contacted support, they said they are looking into it and I haven’t heard anything back. Can support please just flip the switch and turn my account on?
