Pixelated GIF as hero

What are you trying to accomplish
For the hero, we’re wanting to use a GIF. The GIF file is very crisp, but when we upload it to Builder, it looks quite pixelated/compressed. Is there a way to use a GIF but keep it crisp?
(The pixelated GIF is currently in place as our hero.)

Hey Rachel, thank you for reaching out!

We’d recommend using a video instead of a gif. The web can stream a video, but it has to download a whole gif before displaying it – high compression on gifs prevents long load times, but since you need your animation in higher quality, a video block will be better.

If you need to quickly convert to an MP4, we really love this tool!
