Preview blocked by Imunify360 bot-protection

I was using the Preview tool fine for a while now I’m receiving the following error, will this be coming from Builder.io or the webserver I’m using to return the site content?

Also I’ve checked the server logs and it’s returning a 200, so not sure where this message is then coming from

I’ve just had a reply from Cloudways where this site was hosted and they’ve disabled the Web Shield component from the server and it’s now working.
We use Cloudflare and it’s WAF so don’t need their additional security layer.
