Setting Usage Limits to Prevent Billing Overages

Hello!

I have a question regarding setting limits for Visual Views and Bandwidth usage.

We’re currently on the “Growth” plan. As I understand it, if we exceed 100k visual views or 100GB bandwidth per month, we’ll lose access to the live editor until we either pay for the additional usage or upgrade to a higher plan. However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to set usage limits that would block any usage beyond a certain threshold? I’m thinking about this in the context of potentially running into an infinite loop that could expose us to significant costs.

At the moment it is not possible to set the usage limit to bandwidth/visual views to a certain threshold limit, but it looks like a brilliant idea to share with our Engineering team via a Feature request.
Our engineering team regularly reviews requests based on a number of factors: benefits, added value, technical fit, votes, and feasibility. As your Feature Request progresses through our review process, you will be kept updated.
