Unable to Use After Downgrading? Need Help with Visual Views Limit!

I upgraded my plan a few months ago because my page required a high number of Visual Views.
Since this month, I no longer need such a high volume, so I downgraded to the free plan.
Today is the first day of using the free plan.
However, when I logged into the dashboard, it said that because my Visual Views exceeded the free plan’s limit last month, I need to upgrade my plan.
But my Visual Views for this month have not exceeded the limit.

I would like to ask why this situation is occurring?

I have unblocked you for this month, but do not exceed the visual view over 10k and bandwidth over 10GB for this month.
