What are you trying to accomplish
After adding a couple of sections and columns which contain buttons that link to internal as well as external pages and publishing, my site can no longer scroll on mobile devices. When I remove the section at the top of the page that contains the columns and button links everything works fine. This is not reproducible in Chrome Dev tools when viewing as mobile, but has been tested on Android and iPhones

The issue isn’t limited to mobile devices—it’s also reproducible on desktop. Sometimes the page scrolls as expected, and other times it doesn’t.
Unfortunately, I don’t have permission to publish the page. Could you try replacing the custom components temporarily and then publish it to check if the issue originates from those components?
I noticed you have two user accounts. Please test the behavior with both, as the problem seems to lie within the components themselves.
If you still unable to fix the problem after these steps, I am happy to look into it. You just have to raise a ticket from the builder. Below are the steps to do it.
While you are at the Space or Content level, you will find the following menu at the bottom-left side:
