Builder CMS - Not able to publish

Hi,

I am using Builder CMS to create blogs on our website. Today, I suddenly started facing an issue where I’m unable to publish or make any updates to any CMS item—the publish/update button is disabled (PFA screenshot).

I’m receiving a warning that says, “Blocks need to have at least one element.” I’m not sure what this means, and I’m also unable to properly read or understand the message.

I request the support team to please look into this issue and let me know how to fix it. This problem started occurring suddenly today.

My name is Veronika and I’m a Customer Engineer here at Builder. Can you send the link to the content entry? That way I can see exactly which block needs the element and point you in the right direction.

It looks like somewhere in your Builder content, there’s an empty container that requires an element inside which is why it’s not letting you Publish the page. You can click on that error and it will take you to the container that needs the required block and add one.
