I have an account for use CMS, I loaded my credit card but I cannot make the payment for the pro version, as the option is not available.
I already sent an email to your support team, which you replied to, but I still don’t see the option that appears for the agent who responded to my query.
Please i be starting a new project and we need to use your platform.
This behavior is expected due to a recent product and pricing update.
As of now:
New customers signing up to use Builder for Publish/CMS are redirected to an Enterprise (“Talk to Sales”) plan only.
This means the Basic / Growth / Pro self-serve plans are no longer available for new signups or free-plan users upgrading for CMS usage.
Existing paying customers are not affected by this change.
The Fusion product signup flow remains unchanged and still allows users to proceed directly through onboarding.
Our pricing page has been updated to reflect this change.
So the reason you don’t see the Pro upgrade option (even though support previously referenced it) is because your account is now routed through the new flow that requires speaking with Sales for CMS / Publish usage.
If you’d like, you can proceed using the Talk to Sales option and the team can help assess the best plan for your project.
