Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve reviewed the behavior you’ve reported, and it does appear that the Qwik API is currently returning anchor tags with the target="_self" attribute instead of target="_blank" when the “Open link in new tab” option for button is enabled.
We’re discussing this internally to determine the best course of action, and we’ll keep you updated on any progress we make.
