We are building a site that will be targeted at users in China, a particular area of Zhejiang province, for now.
I’m aware that AWS and Google cloud do not run there, and given the requirements for running sites within China, we had been looking at deploying on Alibaba or AWS in Hongkong. I wonder, though, if Builder will work just as well.
I read this FAQ on Builder locations, which merely says that Builder is deployed on AWS and GoogleCloud:
Our target market is halfway between HongKong and Seoul, and Taiwan is closer than both of those.
Is it safe to assume that our site will be mirrored to HongKong, Seoul, or Taiwan, and that Builder will automatically figure out how to deliver the site to those users in Zhejiang as quickly and efficiently as possible?
